Our holiday home is located within an exclusive Mediterranean style gated community called Tuscan Hills. Disney World resort is a TRUE 12 minute drive. Conveniently located on Highway 27 just a few of minutes drive from Interstate 4 to the south and only 1 minute from Highway 192 which is North.

The area is abundant with excellent restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute drive! We recommend the fresh bakery located at the Publix supermarket for breakfast by the pool and this is less than 2 minutes drive. If you need practically anything else you will find the gigantic Wal-Mart superstore about 3 minutes drive North on the 27. The I-4 junction to the South of our Villa has a number of diners including Bob Evans and Cracker Barrel, which both serve an amazing home cooked American style breakfast, they are pretty good for lunch and dinner too!

Sea World, Universal Studios and many other major Orlando attractions are within easy reach, due to our close proximity to the I-4 and you can also access the beautiful sandy beaches of Florida's Gulf coast from here.
